dbSlice is a data migration, replication and sync tool built by Thinwork, a Brazilian IT consultancy founded by Junior, who has worked in IT for 40 years.
It started as the internal tool behind our own projects. For more than six years it has moved data in mission-critical, high-volume production environments, across data centers and on-premises sites, on SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Amazon Aurora and InterSystems Caché/IRIS. In September 2026 we released it as a product: version 2.3, on Windows and in the Microsoft Store, followed by the Linux Server Edition in Docker.
What we believe: batch jobs you can see and repeat; nothing created in your database by default; your data never passes through us; numbers published with their conditions.
